What should I do if my product is broken?

To get a replacement, contact us and send us your name, shipping address, order number and a picture of your damaged item.
Four exceptions:
  1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged product.
  2. If a product has been altered in any way we can’t replace it.
  3. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen products.
  4. We can only issue a replacement if the item was purchased directly through our website. If it was purchased through an external link (es. Amazon), you must contact the store so they can replace the damaged item for you.
